Con ocasión a la operación militar en la madrugada del 03 de enero que resultó en la “ausencia forzosa” de Nicolás Maduro, quien habría dictado un decreto declarando el estado de excepción por conmoción externa y suspensión de garantías constitucionales, Carlos Calderón y Roberto Hung presentaron escrito de alegatos a ser considerados en la decisión sobre la constitucionalidad o inconstitucionalidad de dicho decreto.
Following the military operation in the early hours of January 3rd that resulted in the ‘forced absence’ of Nicolás Maduro —who had purportedly issued a decree declaring a state of exception due to external commotion and the suspension of constitutional guarantees— Carlos Calderón and Roberto Hung filed a written brief of arguments to be considered in the decision regarding the constitutionality or unconstitutionality of such decree.
